Late Payment Legislation  

In accordance with current legislation FreeDebt Recovery will claim from the Debtor statutory late payment charges in addition to deducting an 8% plus VAT commission fee on all monies recovered.

I authorise FreeDebt Recovery to make a claim from the Debtor for statutory late payment charges and accept a 8% plus VAT deduction from any recovery made.
