The way FreeDebt Recovery works
If you have provided goods or services you deserve to be paid for them in a timely manner, and there is legislation in place to see that you are, and at no cost to yourself. Late Payment legislation provides for the provision of a free commercial debt recovery and collection service to all types and sizes of UK businesses.
We recover our costs through the addition of statutory Late Payment charges to the amount to be collected from the debtor, and only charge you a modest eight percent success fee , and only then once we have collected your money.
We are an independent business so we really understand the difficulties late payment can cause small and medium sized businesses. You can be assured that our dedicated team will work to recover the outstanding amount for you. We combine our detailed knowledge and understanding of the provisions of Late Payment legislation with detailed financial and tracing technology; using our in-depth expertise, patience and persistence to achieve results. We are normally able to return the funds to our clients within 14 days of instruction, without the need for legal action.
Our no collection – no commission pricing policy applies to pre-legal debts only. If we don’t manage to collect your debt within 30 days, the client has the option to close the file, in which case there will be no charge to the client. If the client decides to undertake legal action then legal fees and Court Disbursements are payable irrespective of the outcome of the case, but would be added to the debtor’s charges.
